Returns Policy & Process

Items must be returned within 14 days of original dispatch date in a resalable condition (unworn, unwashed, with the tags still attached). The exchange/return form must be included with the item when returned. Please allow 10 days from the day you return your product for your account to be credited or your exchange product to be redelivered.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that were not purchased online or through our retail stores. We cannot exchange product for a style not within our Outlet online product range.

Faulty Items

For some reason, whenever I walk in here, the staff is standing around without much to do. They offer assistance, which I decline... but by the time I do need them, they are all occupied with other customers. I think I just have bad luck. When I am finally able to get their attention back, they are always friendly, helpful and professional. I recently had to make an exchange without a receipt and there were no questions asked. Sweet. I would like to see some sort of improvement in their displays. The beads are stacked in the display case in trays - maybe 5 trays deep - so that you can't see anything below the top level without employee assistance. They do offer you catalogs to look at, but I want to see those puppies face-to-face in all their 3D glory without making the staff stand by while I try to make up my mind.
